The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) announced Wednesday that it will review the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant's nuclear wastewater discharge plan in accordance with relevant international safety standards.  The working group will review the safety of the emissions scheme from November 14 to 18, mainly in relation to its technical preparation.  The team will meet with Japanese officials in Tokyo and travel to the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant to review progress on emissions facilities.  

Iaea experts are currently in Japan studying seawater, Marine sediments and fish samples near the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.  (Correspondent Zhu Hyuk)
